Mirage Pleat Kuwaiti Scarf - Brown

Mirage Pleat is woven with fine ribs set close together, but they do not all run the same way. The direction changes across wide sections of the cloth, and where it turns, the light turns with it.

That is what gives the scarf its movement. Satin polyester catches light along each rib, so one panel reads bright while the panel beside it reads deep, and the whole surface shifts as you move. It is the reason a single shade looks like several.

The weave is light and slightly sheer, and it falls in fine close folds rather than wide ones, which keeps the shine broken up instead of flat. Wear an undercap beneath it for full coverage.

Brown in satin loses the heaviness it carries in cotton. The bright panels read almost bronze, which is what makes this one work in the evening.
