Seamless Tie is knitted in the round, so there is no seam anywhere across the crown. A seamed bonnet leaves a raised line that prints through a light scarf and presses against the head all day. There is nothing here to print through.
The tie is cut long, longer than it needs to be for a single knot. That is deliberate: you can pass it round the head a second time before tying, which tightens it evenly rather than pulling from one point. Or knot it straight away and let the ends fall.
The front edge is wide and holds the hairline in a clean straight line with no creasing at the temples. Behind, the cap is cut with room in it, so hair sits back there instead of being pressed flat.
