Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, if for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return or exchange it as per our policy:
- In order to accept exchange and return, the product should be in its original status and not used.
- Clients have 14 days to exchange all the products.
- Clients pay all of the shipping fees if they cancel the order or in case of exchange and return.
- Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot exchange or return items such as bandanas, basic wear, bonnets, or hijab accessories.
