Return And Exchange Policy

Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, if for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return or exchange it as per our policy:

  • In order to accept exchange and return, the product should be in its original status and not used.
  • Clients have 14 days to exchange all the products.
  • Clients pay all of the shipping fees if they cancel the order or in case of exchange and return.
  • Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot exchange or return items such as bandanas, basic wear, bonnets, or hijab accessories.

Refund Policy

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product, and the item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All refund requests must be submitted through our customer service team via page messages.

  • The refund process time varies by governorate and typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
