Shipping Policy – Pastel

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times within Egypt:

    • Cairo and Giza: Delivery within up to 3 business days.

    • Other governorates: Delivery within 4 to 6 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shipment.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within Egypt.

Delays

  • Pastel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of significant delays, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
