Athena Key Kuwaiti Scarf - Black

The Athena Key takes one of the oldest patterns in decorative art and works it into something you can wear every day. Slim vertical bands of the Greek key motif run the length of the scarf in the same tone as the ground, so the design reveals itself in the light rather than announcing itself.

Made from a cotton lycra blend, it has just enough give to hold a wrap without slipping and enough softness to sit comfortably all day. At 200 x 70 cm, there is room for layered styles as well as a simple everyday drape.

In black the key pattern is at its most discreet. The stripe reads as a change in surface rather than a change in colour, so from a distance the scarf is simply black and the pattern only appears where the light catches the folds.
